Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/8 yellow mustard or dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 dash of garlic powder
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked, crisp, and and broken into chunk pieces like pictured above
- Paprika
Instructions
- Boil eggs and peel
- Slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise
- Remove the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Mash egg yolks and stir until well combined
- Put the mixture in a Ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag or you can use a piping bag.
- Fill each egg hole with the mixture
- Add small piece of bacon on top of each egg
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Serve
