Fat Burning Metabolism Boosting Detox Tea

8 oz hot water. 
1 whole lemon, squeezed + pulp (or 2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice)
1-3 shakes cinnamon
1-3 shakes cayenne pepper

How it works:

Lemon juice and cayenne pepper both have anti-fungal, immune boosting, and detoxification properties.
