Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (21oz) Strawberry Pie Filling
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add in flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Spread batter into a 13x9 baking dish. Top with strawberry pie filling.
- Bake pie bars in a 350 degree oven for about 28-32 minutes, until edges begin to brown. Allow to cool before adding the glaze.
- For the glaze, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a ziploc bag and cut off the tip. Pipe lines of glaze onto cooled bars. Serve warm or refrigerate and enjoy cold.
